Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • We, KELVIN Institute, are committed to give complete attention to fair customer policy and satisfaction.

    In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided or differences arise in your understanding of KELVIN services, you can ask for refund, provided the reasons are genuine and accepted by KELVIN management. You are expected to read and consider all the terms and conditions related to the service, to avoid any future confliction.

    In case of dissatisfaction, customers have the liberty to cancel their registration and request for a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

  • Cancellation Policy

    For cancellation of the service, contact us on our Mail Id (info@kelvin.ac.in), action on which will be taken within 3 working days.

  • Cancellation policy for Classes Fee

    Requests for cancellation of registration of classes can be received not later than 15 days after commencement of class.

  • Cancellation policy for Exam Fees

    Exam Fee for any exam conducted by KELVIN will be non-refundable.

    In case, any student who is not eligible to sit in exam, pays for the exam mistakenly, the fee can be refunded within 14-15 working days. Other scenarios may be accepted, based solely on the decision of KELVIN management.

Refund Policy

  • We will try our best to find the best consensus point, in the benefit of our customers. In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our offerings, we can provide a refund.

    If paid by Credit Card/ Debit Card, refunds will be issued to the original card provided at the time of payment and in case of payment gateway name, payments refund will be made to the same account.
